Restore purchases

If you previously made purchas and they are not unlocked on your current device:

  • Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple/Google ID used for the original purchase.
  • Open the App and go to the Subscriptions section.
  • Tap Restore Purchases and wait for the confirmation message.

If your purchase still does not appear, please contact us with your Apple/Google receipt so we can investigate.
